9. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price. No-shows without prior notification may be subject to the full service charge.

- All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated
- We accept cash and major credit cards
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Applicable taxes are not included in quoted prices unless stated otherwise
11. Liability and Indemnification
